Information Architecture

Information architecture is a process for describing and classifying information. On Web pages it is often used to plan the structure and navigation of an entire site. A simplified view of an information architecture is the taxonomy of a Web site. Information architects help plan and maintain the structure of a Web site.

Information architecture has somewhat different meanings in different branches of IS or IT architecture. Most definitions have common qualities: a structural design of shared environments, methods of organizing and

labeling websites, intranets, and online communities, and ways of bringing the principles of design and architecture to the digital landscape.

Example definitions include:

1.   The structural design of shared information environments.^[2]

2.   The art and science of organizing and labeling web sites, intranets, online communities, and software to support findability and usability.^[5][2]

3.   An emerging community of practice focused on bringing principles of design and architecture to the digital landscape.^[2]

when i finished to create our personas then we have also create information architecture to related with our personas that is why we have found this tools to defined the target point what are the personas would like to have see on our website. so that we made information architect according to our personas taste which are as follows:

After finished  to make information architect we have started to do paper based design its mean our wireframe what will look after. we have create a lot of draw on paper for our final design but we have not satisfied to found a good looking design.
