trying to make a new logo again

i have made new logo instead of other one but still i have in doubt because it will works or not.

After finished to did this design i have showed to one of the teacher from company class and she suggested to me to change the picture of this logo because i have found this logo from the google and i do not have to permission to take this logo in my webpage according to the copyright law.
